- Appointment times are targets, not guarantees. Same-day service depends on technician availability and your location within our service area (roughly a 30-mile radius of Chicago, IL 60619).
- Senior pricing and any promotions are offered at our discretion and may change or end without notice.
- Payment is due when work is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Service Work and Parts
We will perform repairs and installations in a workmanlike manner using new or manufacturer-approved parts unless we tell you otherwise. Any workmanship or parts warranty is stated on your invoice or service ticket and applies only to the specific work described there. Manufacturer warranties on appliances and parts are provided by the manufacturer, not by us.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the appliance or HVAC equipment and disclose any known hazards, prior repairs, or conditions that could affect the work.
- Make sure an adult is present during the appointment.
- Keep pets and children away from the work area.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
